What are your turnaround times ?

For custom frames generally 1-2 weeks for manufacture + shipping time, depending on stock availability, however if you require an urgent order please let us know & we will do our best to meet your deadline. Unframed prints are usually shipped within 2-3 days

How much do you charge for shipping ?

We offer free delivery to Melbourne metro areas for orders over $200.  Please select 'In Store Pickup' at the checkout, and we'll have your order delivered to your door.

 

Our shipping charges are calculated as follows :

Orders from $0.00 - $49.99 - Flat rate $14.95 Australia wide*.

Orders from $50.00 - $99.99 - Flat rate $17.95 Australia wide*.

Orders from $100.00 - $199.99 - Flat rate $19.95 Australia wide*.

Orders from $200.00 - $499.99 - Flat rate $24.95 Australia wide*.

Orders $500 and over - Free Shipping**

*Very large items, bulky orders and shipping to remote locations may incur additional freight charges.  If this is the case, we will notify you prior to commencing work on your order.  Contact us for any freight enquiries or quotes for large orders.

Absolutely.  Email us with your requirements, and we will get back to you promptly with a quote.

 

Are the frames listed on your site all that you have available ?

No, we have access to around 8000 different mouldings, and are constantly adding to the range available on our site.  If you need a particular style that is not currently listed on our site, chances are we can get it, so email us a picture of it and we will do our best to source it for you.

 

Do you offer discounts to professional photographers ?

Yes we do, email us your business details including abn, and we can setup a login account for you with reseller rates.  We can also provide you with sample prints, frame samples & icc profiles if required.

 

What different papers & canvas do you offer ?

We use Chromajet Hires 180gsm poster paper, Epson Premium Lustre Photo Paper 260gsm, Breathing Color Elegance Velvet 310gsm 100% Cotton Rag Fine Art Paper & Canson Infinity 395gsm Polyblend Canvas.  If you wish to place a bulk order and require a particular stock, please let us know & we'll be more than happy to accommodate.

 

Do you offer frame/mat or photo samples ?

Yes we can supply samples of mouldings, mats & photo prints.  All you pay is the shipping charge.

 

Are your canvas prints printed in Australia ?

Yes all of our photo prints, canvas prints & frames are printed & manufactured in Emerald, Victoria using Australian made materials where possible.

 

Do you print certificates ?

Yes, we offer A4 & A3 colour laser prints as a perfect solution for certificates.  Our laser prints are printed on our Xerox Phaser 7800 which produces beautiful colour & B&W prints.  Bulk discounts are available, contact us for details.
